Oven Baked Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. With wet hands, shape meat into 1-inch balls. Place in two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Place meatballs on another baking pan to cool. Place in freezer just until frozen. Seal in plastic bags and freeze.
