Rice With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    4 oz. pine nuts
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 1/2 c. consomme
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter for 1 minute.
    Add rice and consomme. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    After cooking, add pine nuts and parsley.
    Season to taste.
