Doris' Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. peeled, sliced, Golden Delicious apples
1 (12 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice
5 Tbsp. cornstarch with 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Heat apple juice.
Add apples for 4 minutes.
Remove slices from juice.
Add spices to the juices and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
Place apples, unbaked, in pie shell and pour thickened juice on top.
Add top crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
