Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears corn
    1/2 lb. bacon
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Clean and cut corn into a large bowl and put to side.
    In large iron skillet, brown bacon.
    Remove from skillet and put to the side.
    Put corn in skillet; salt and pepper to taste in oil from bacon.
    Let cook for about 15 minutes, covered.
    Remove lid; add 3 tablespoons flour in 1 cup of water.
    Mix well and pour into corn.
    Stir often.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add sugar to taste and butter.
