Diabetic Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    3 pkg. Equal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix together butter and sweeteners.
    Add egg.
    Add flour and vanilla; mix well.
    Add dates, raisins and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into miniature baking pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
