Asado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (rolled roast)
    2 sliced medium-size tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 sliced onion
    1 lemon (squeezed to make 1 Tbsp. juice)
    2 bay leaves
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, including meat, in a stew pot.
    Bring to a boil until meat is tender and leaves a nice thick gravy sauce. Take out meat and brown fry it in small amount of oil.
    Cool meat and cut in thin slices.
