Kim'S Spicy Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken wings
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 c. Red Hot or more to taste
1 Vidalia onion (medium)
garlic pepper
1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken wings evenly with garlic pepper.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown (or grill until brown).
Line baking pan with sliced Vidalia onions.
Arrange wings on top of onions.
Mix together melted butter, Red Hot and lemon juice.
Pour over wings and bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice to coat wings.
