Strawberry Pie(Like Isaly'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
few drops red food coloring
1 pt. cut up strawberries

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients and cook until clear, stir occasionally.
Remove from fire.
Add strawberry gelatin and food coloring.
Cool.
Can keep in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, add strawberries and mix.
Pour into a ready-baked pie shell.
