Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown and onion is soft.
Do not brown the onion.
Drain off the fat. Add the seasoned salt, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to mix well.
Spread beef mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Spread mashed potatoes over meat, then top with cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
