Special Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 (1/3-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
Preparation
    In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat.
    Pour salsa over chops.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
