Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks (room temperature)
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell, cooled
3 egg whites (for meringue)
Preparation

Add sugar and flour to medium saucepan over medium heat; add salt.
Mix milk and eggs; beat.
Add to sugar, flour and salt. Cook until it starts to boil.
Add cocoa and butter.
Cook until thick (mixture will thicken while it cools).
Take off stove and add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell. Make meringue and spread on top. Bake for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
