Italian Zucchini And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, sliced
5 small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Panfry crumbled sausage over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add onion, garlic and zucchini; cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
