Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Scald milk and add sugar, salt, butter, nutmeg and potatoes. Beat until fluffy.
    Beat egg yolks and add to sweet potato mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into potatoes and pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until firm.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Brown in oven.
    Serves 8.
