Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Melt butter; remove from heat.
Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
Add milk; heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly.
Add cheese; heat until melted.
Boil macaroni 6 minutes; drain.
Combine sauce and macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
