Zucchini Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Spread evenly in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Serve warm. Yields about 4 dozen.
