"Country Baked Hash" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    2 c. cooked hamburger, cook until very small pieces
    1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
    salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. scalded milk
    1 envelope dried onion soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, potatoes, green pepper and salt into buttered casserole.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk and cook until smooth.
    Stir in soup mixture and blend.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
