Company Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium can pimento, chopped
    1 small box Minute rice, cooked
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine in skillet until lightly browned. Combine all ingredients except cheese and paprika in bowl; mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes. Cover top thickly with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer.
