Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast, mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add milk and yeast mixture.
    Knead.
    Roll out on a floured board.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Let stand approximately 15 minutes to rise.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes. This dough keeps well in refrigerator up to 3 days, if kept in covered dish.
