Hot Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    8 oz. sharp cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cook sausage and crumble. Grate cheese in a large bowl. Add sausage. Let stand at room temperature 1/2 to 1 hour. Add 2 cups Bisquick. Mix like pie dough until well blended. Make into walnut size balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Press down gently with fork tines. Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Check frequently. Let tops get light tan. Drain on paper towels. Also freezes well. Makes 48 to 60 balls.
