Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. allspice or cloves
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
Do not open oven door until time is up.
