Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
salt, garlic salt and celery salt
2 onions, chopped
Worcestershire sauce
18 oz. bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
Preparation

Pour liquid smoke over whole brisket.
Liberally season with salts and cover with chopped onion.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before cooking, pour off liquid smoke and douse with Worcestershire sauce.
Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
Uncover and pour the barbecue sauce over the brisket; bake 1 more hour.
