Pineapple-Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    4 to 5 bananas (use very ripe bananas)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Thoroughly mix moist ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients and thoroughly mix together. Butter bottom only of 2 (9-inch) loaf pans.
    Pour mixture evenly into two pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center.
