Carrot-Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed, cooked carrots
    2 eggs
    1 onion, finely minced
    1/2 c. finely ground nuts
    salt to taste
    bread crumbs (1 to 3 slices, as needed)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly, adding bread crumbs as needed.
    Bake in oiled pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with tomato sauce or white sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
