Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place half of slices in a greased casserole.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add to casserole.
    Mix salt, pepper, beans and onions.
    Add to casserole.
    Arrange remaining potatoes on top.
    Combine tomato soup and water.
    Spoon evenly over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
