Viennese Souffle(Kaiserschmarrn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    12 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 measure heavy cream
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    12 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 lb. butter
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks with flour, then add sugar, then vanilla, then cream.
    Add beaten egg whites last.
    Melt the butter in a large pan.
    Pour the whole mixture in and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let it stand a short time before serving.
    Tear with fork and return to oven briefly.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
