Lemon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. lemon flavored pudding mix (not instant)
8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
20 oz. can pineapple chunks or tidbits, well drained
15 oz. can mandarin orange segments, well drained
16 oz. can fruit chunks or fruit cocktail, well drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Prepare pudding mix as directed on package.
Cool.
In large bowl, combine pudding with remaining ingredients; stir gently. Cover; refrigerate.
Makes 12 servings.
