Buffet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    10 oz. Cheez Whiz Light
    1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
    6 oz. evaporated milk
    2 chicken breasts (boneless), cooked and chopped
    3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    In large skillet saute onion and broccoli in butter until tender.
    Stir in Cheez Whiz, soup and milk until smooth.
    Add chopped chicken.
    Put rice into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over rice.
    Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until heated through.
