Savory Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
3 c. chicken bouillon
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
Add rice and herbs. Cook until rice begins to brown.
Add chicken bouillon, cover saucepan and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Salt to taste.
Serves 6.
