Carrot Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, diced (about 2 3/4 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2 oz.) diced pimiento, drained
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook carrots, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain. Return carrots to saucepan.
    Add green pepper, pimiento, vinegar, honey and onion.
