Quicou - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 Swiss chard tops
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
1 lb. 5 oz. flour
7 oz. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Cut the Swiss chard tops into very fine strips and wash in several changes of water until it runs almost clear (instead of green). Drain thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.
