Easy Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and vanilla.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and stir until all boils. Cool 10 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth.
