Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 servings instant potatoes (prepare according to directions but minus margarine and salt)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation

Prepare potatoes as instructed on package minus margarine and salt.
Once potatoes are prepared and still hot, add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until light golden brown.
