Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown meat slightly; add onion and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add flour to sour cream, then add bouillon cube which has been dissolved in the hot water.
    Add the pepper and mix.
    Add the soup to the meat mixture and heat.
    Add the sour cream mixture to the meat and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
    Serve over noodles.
