Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained squash, cooked until tender with salt and pepper
    1 grated carrot
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients with squash.
    Save enough stuffing mix to put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
