Maple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly.
    Combine eggs and maple syrup and blend well.
    Stir in milk, nutmeg and salt, then rice and raisins.
    Place ingredients in buttered casserole and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
