Ingredients

30 to 35 green mangos
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 pkg. dried Li hing mui
Preparation

Slice mangos.
Boil sugar, vinegar and salt.
Let it cool. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cover and let stand for a day.
Jar and refrigerate.
