Cajun Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    cayenne pepper
    Louisiana hot sauce
    flour
    milk
Preparation
    Take chicken and coat by sprinkling with cayenne pepper.
    Make it red.
    Then douse with hot sauce.
    Refrigerate for hours.
    Dip chicken in milk, then dredge in flour until coated.
    Place coated pieces of chicken in medium-high heated oil.
    Cook in oil at medium-high for 5 minutes on both sides until slightly crusty. Lower heat to medium and cook until golden brown which should take 20 to 30 minutes depending.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm.
