Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, melted in saucepan
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Simmer margarine, cocoa, water and vanilla for a few seconds. In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Add oleo mixture.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
