Spanish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
olive oil
1/2 c. green olives
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. dried tomatoes
Preparation

Brown potatoes, onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add green olives, black olives and dried tomatoes.
Cook together for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
Very tasty.
A good way to use up leftover potatoes.
