Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoe Peg corn
1 can French-cut green beans
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream or margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients and put in a buttered 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter or margarine and cover casserole with this mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
