Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lemon jello (sugar-free)
    1 c. hot water
    7 ice cubes
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 large evaporated milk, chilled
    1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
Preparation
    Chill evaporated milk.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add ice cubes to thicken jello.
    Add lemon juice and sugar to jello. Whip evaporated milk until thick (peaks easily when spoon is used to make a peak).
    Fold milk into jello mixture.
    Pour into a large Pyrex dish (11 x 14-inch) to which vanilla wafer crumbs have been put on bottom.
    Sprinkle top with remaining vanilla wafers. Chill.
