Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. cold milk
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Add cocoa to sugar and mix well.
    Stir in 2 cups milk to make smooth mixture.
    Cook over medium heat.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add cornstarch and 1/4 cup milk to make smooth blend.
    Add salt and stir into cocoa/sugar mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    Cool.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue made of egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until meringue is lightly brown.
    Cool 2 to 4 hours prior to serving.
