Bubbly Holiday Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. pineapple juice
    1 (25.4 oz.) bottle sparkling apple juice
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 orange, sliced and quartered
    1 pt. strawberries or bottled maraschino cherries
    mint sprigs
Preparation
    Chill pineapple juice and sparkling apple juice.
    Combine undrained pineapple, fruit and mint in 6 cup mold.
    Add enough juice or water to fill.
    Freeze.
    Combine punch ingredients in bowl.
    Float ice mold.
