Cheesy Rotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare noodles as directed; drain.
In large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk, Ricotta cheese and rotini noodles.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
