Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water (if need more, just a little)
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl.
    Mix in oil well and then water. Knead dough for 15 minutes.
    Flour pastry sheet and roll dough out as desired.
