Low Calorie Strawberry Pie And Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes strawberries
1 box sugar-free strawberry Jell-O (small)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener or 4 packets Equal
1 tsp. vanilla
spices: dash of salt, dash of vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg
Preparation

Cut berries up and sprinkle with sweetener.
Heat water with cornstarch and salt, stirring until thickened.
Stir in Jell-O and seasonings.
Cool a bit.
Fold in strawberries.
Pour into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate or Low Calorie Pie Crust.
Chill.
Top with frozen whipped topping if desired.
