Chinese Oriental Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. English peas, thawed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. cashews
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    garlic to taste
    salt to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
    Stir until well blended; top with the Chinese noodles.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
