Rice Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 c. uncooked)
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cube melted margarine
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl combine the last 5 ingredients.
    Add rice, broccoli and cheese.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
