Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    12 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with milk.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until the consistency of pie crust.
    Turn out onto floured surface and roll out until thin.
    Dust with flour on each side and place on waxed paper.
    Let dry for 2 to 4 hours.
