Ice Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    3 sprigs washed mint leaves
    4 to 6 washed mandarin leaves
Preparation
    Arrange mandarin sections, washed mandarin leaves and washed mint leaves in the bottom of mold.
    Put in enough water to barely cover mandarin sections.
    Freeze.
    When thoroughly frozen add enough water to fill mold.
    Freeze.
    Unmold, place in punch bowl fruit side up.
    Use as decorative ice ring in punch or tea.
